This is just a brief summary. The Florida Department of Transportation will be attending the Community Council 5 meeting on April 16Th at 7:00 pm at Country Club Middle School located at 18305 NW 75Th Place. FDOT, it appears, is considering NW 170 st for the placement of an on/off ramp connecting to I-75.
What does this mean for PSN residents? More traffic, more noise, more problems for our small and peaceful community. Property values will plummet even more than they already have and this would be devastating for our community and by extension every single one of us who lives here.
