In Six Words

A few weeks ago I asked Patricia at Communication Exchange to participate in my Passion Quilt Meme and she graciously agreed. Now I happily return the favor by joining her new venture. She has asked me to write my memoirs in six words. After thinking about it for a few days, I think I have it.

Everyday is a Friday for me.

An English major, an English teacher, born and lived in Cuba for one year, grew up in Louisiana, lived in Florida most of my life, dream of going home and retiring in the mountains of North Carolina, mother of two, daughter, sister, wife and friend. Nothing more and nothing less.

  4. Hi, Thank you for asking me to join, I've never done a meme before and I would love to join in. It will be posted next week though since I post a week in advance, But I must say I've been racking my brain to try and sum up my life in 6 six words or less, and it made me think about things. Hum....

  7. Hi, I just saw this. I have so many to choose from. I will surely think a little while on this one.
But the first one that came to mind is-
I am where I should be.
    Thanks for thinking of me.
    Have a great weekend.

  9. Hi Mar, I've been running waaaay behind but I am honored to be included in this 6 word memoir series. I am going to try combine it with a June Moon photo-challenge that I will post in the next day or two. I REALLY liked yours, especially apropos for your summer. Your's also made me chuckle and think that it's how all our lives should be every day. Hope you are enjoying your summer. Thinking of you. Hugs and love, Robin
